Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Peak periods (such as holiday promotions) may require an additional 1-2 business days.

Delivery Areas

  • United States: Nationwide delivery, typically 5-10 business days
  • Mainland China: Nationwide delivery, typically 3-7 business days
  • Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan: Typically 5-10 business days
  • International: Typically 7-21 business days, depending on destination

Shipping Costs

All orders ship free. Shipping costs are included in product pricing — no additional fees at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Conditions

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The product seal is intact (unopened)
  • Original invoice or order confirmation is included

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. For returns due to product quality issues, Claspaw will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g., damaged items), please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. Once confirmed, we will reship at no additional cost.

Refund Process

  2. After receiving return confirmation, ship the product to the designated address
  3. Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
  4. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Items beyond the 30-day return window
  • Products not purchased through official Claspaw channels
